目前研究方向
我們實驗室主要研究方向為心理壓力及其影響個人健康的程度,研究內容包含壓力與情緒影響心理及生理健康的雙向關係。實驗室研究涉及個體對於心理社會性壓力源的心理生理反應、心理創傷後適應歷程與宗教/靈性在心理創傷後因應策略中所扮演的角色,應用層面則包含檢驗認知行為治療在亞洲文化脈絡中,應用於各種不同心理疾患的成效。此外,基於對衝動控制及個人健康普遍性的影響,本實驗室研究且發展介入方案,目標為增進個人情緒智商、情緒調節能力和壓力管理。
實驗室的另一研究方向,是研究並將結果應用在犯罪心理學。目前實驗包括研究性侵與暴力犯,以及不同類型的測謊技術與方式。
